If you require Express or Next Day shipping please call or email and we will calculate both cost and ETA for you before shipping your order out.

They include but are not limited to furniture, Moses baskets, gates etc. These items are noted as "oversized" in the item description and we may contact you with additional shipping charges before processing. RETURN POLICY: We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not, then notify us within 7 working days. Return items must be in original packaging & unused. Customer is responsible for postage on all returned items except defects. For returns on defective items please contact our store for special instructions. All returns must be received by us within two weeks of notification and we will issue you a refund if you also send your receipt. (If you do not have your receipt you may exchange your item for a like item). After two weeks, and within 30 days of purchase, with your receipt, we will issue you a store credit of equal amount towards the replacement of an item or the purchase of a different item Note: All personal use items are not returnable. See notes in item description for specifics. Special order Kidco Gates are not returnable.
