Let's get a dialogue going!

This unique discussion/support group is designed to complement Ann Keppler's groups, but with a focus solely on your transition to motherhood during your baby's first year, and not as much on baby and their development.

Facilitated by a panel of local Moms, we will concentrate on finding our identities after we become mothers. We'll look at how our experiences (good and bad) interact with the expectations (realistic and unrealistic) we put on ourselves, our baby, our spouses and our friends/family.

This disconnect between expectations and actual outcomes affects everything we experience as a mother, from recovery after birth, to how we engage with baby, and to what extent we feel we can reach out.

Please come join us in a honest discussion about motherhood.
