Fenugreek

Fenugreek is made of a 100% organically grown vegetable base. If you have been diagnosed with a low milk supply by your doctor or lactation specialist, or if you suspect you need a little boost, Fenugreek may be right for you. The recommended dosage is two capsules three times a day, but can easily be adjusted down to suit your milk production needs.
